The
Balmain Lodge has 35 studios. These rooms are modern and fully
furnished accommodation - the room furniture includes beds,
wardrobe, desk/work area, side table & chairs. Bed and bath
linen are also provided to our guests. Every studio includes
a kitchenette with a wet sink area, refrigerator, microwave,
kettle and toaster. Crockery and cutlery is also provided.
Rooms also are equiped with a colour television, and dvd player.
Telephones are not provided in individual rooms however a coin operated
public phone is available in the foyer.
ACCOMMODATION
ROOMS & BATHROOMS
Immediately adjacent to the entrance of each room is an individual
bathroom & shower area, these are share facilities provided
for guests to share between every 2 rooms. They are very clean,
individually lockable and completely private.
COURTYARD & BALCONIES
In the centre of Balmain lodge is a lovely garden & courtyard
area. Most rooms also have their own balcony.
BARBEQUE COOKING & SITTING
AREA
Balmain Lodge has a large open BBQ & sitting area that overlooks
a Garden Nursery next door as well as daily life on busy Darling
Street. The BBQ & Gas facilities are for all guests &
their friends to enjoy. If you prefer to to eat out there are
dozens of Balmain Resturants to choose from all with in a very
short walking distance.
LAUNDRY FACILITIES
Washing, Ironing and all general Laundry facilities are provided
at Balmain Lodge.
